Bank of Trust offers their customers mobile access to their account information (e.g., for checking balances and last transactions) over text messaging, as well as the option to set up alerts for their accounts (e.g., low balance alerts). Enrollment requires the customer to provide a mobile phone number. The customer will receive a text message with a verification code which they will have to enter on the website. Additionally, customers may select the type of alerts and other preferences which will determine, together with their account data, the frequency of alerts delivered to the customer. This program will be ongoing. Message frequency depends on account settings. Standard message rates may apply. Customers will be allowed to opt out of this program at any time.

By participating in the Bank of Trust Mobile Banking Program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented here and certifying that you either are the account holder on the specified account or you have the account holder's permission to use the account.

You can contact us by calling 866-992-5247 or at any time, from your mobile phone, send a text message with the word HELP to this number: 33556. We can answer any questions you have about the program.

To stop the messages coming to your phone, you can opt out of the program via text message. Just send a text that says STOP to this number: 33556. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. And after that, you will not receive any future messages.

The Bank of Trust Mobile Banking Program is available on the following wireless carriers: Rogers Wireless, Telus Mobility, Bell Mobility, Fido, SaskTel Mobility, Wind Mobile, MTS Mobility, Videotron Mobile, Public Mobile, and Bell Aliant.
